Mobile MEdical Camps

While serving the rural population through Jeebansurya hospital, it has been experienced that a large percentage of the rural population belonging to the ultra poor category, have no access to any Government or Private Hospital – the reason being remoteness of the locality, lack of road connectivity and above all their ignorance about the facilities provided by Government for promotion of health.

So holding some camps on general medicine and special clinics with the help of specialist doctors. Patients who need admission and can be treated cashless through RSBY or Swasthya Sathi are guided to Jeeban Surya hospital. Also a team of paramedical staff conducts health awareness campaigns/camps on different need based health issues like – nutrition, mother & child health, dental hygiene, non-communicable diseases (like hyper-tension, high blood pressure, etc.), dengue, etc.  Free cataract screening camp are also held at village level throughout the year.  Screened patients are undergone through cataract operation.
